Vatsalya Group is a community-based social support and charitable initiative created with the spirit of Seva, Humanity and Mutual Support. Our purpose is simple: members support one another during the most difficult moments of life, while a portion of every contribution is also dedicated to meaningful charitable activities such as cow feeding, animal welfare, support for the visually impaired and other social causes.

To become part of Vatsalya Group, each person completes the registration process and contributes:
The ₹1,100 contribution collected from every participating member forms a common support pool.
In the unfortunate event of the death of any registered member, irrespective of the situation and subject to verification and the rules of Vatsalya Group, the collected support fund will be distributed as follows:
After support has been provided following the death of a registered member, the remaining active members will contribute ₹1,100 again to rebuild the support pool.
Initially there are 11 members. If one member passes away and support is provided, the remaining 10 active members will make the next contribution of ₹1,100 each, subject to the membership rules.
This helps the Group remain prepared to support another member's family whenever such an unfortunate situation arises.
Every member contributes not only money, but also becomes part of a community committed to helping one another.

For financial assistance to the eligible family / nominee of the deceased registered member.
For charitable Seva including cow feeding, animal welfare, support for visually impaired persons and other approved social causes.
For the Vatsalya Group reserve / designated bank fund as per the Group's approved policy.

Vatsalya Group is a community-based mutual support and charitable initiative. It should not be represented as an insurance policy, investment scheme, guaranteed return plan or deposit product unless the organization holds the applicable licences and approvals required by law.
Financial assistance is subject to valid membership, contribution status, nominee information, required documentation, verification of the claim and the official terms and conditions of Vatsalya Group.
The amount of assistance may depend on the number of eligible participating members and the total contribution collected at the relevant time.
All collections, charitable distributions, family assistance payments and reserve-fund deposits should be properly documented and maintained through transparent accounting records.

To keep the Vatsalya Group support system active and fair for all members, every registered member must make the required contribution of ₹1,100 whenever a contribution cycle is announced after the death of an eligible member.
If any member:
then that person's Vatsalya Group membership will be considered terminated from that day.
Once the membership is terminated, the person will no longer be considered an active member and will not be eligible for future benefits or financial assistance under the Vatsalya Group support system.
Any future rejoining, if permitted, will be subject to the prevailing registration process, membership rules, applicable fees and approval of Vatsalya Group.
વાત્સલ્ય ગ્રુપની સહાય વ્યવસ્થા દરેક સભ્ય માટે ન્યાયસંગત અને સતત કાર્યરત રહે તે માટે, કોઈ પાત્ર સભ્યના અવસાન બાદ જ્યારે નવું યોગદાન શરૂ કરવામાં આવે ત્યારે દરેક સક્રિય સભ્યે ₹૧,૧૦૦નું ફરજિયાત યોગદાન આપવાનું રહેશે.
જો કોઈ સભ્ય:
તો તે વ્યક્તિનું વાત્સલ્ય ગ્રુપનું સભ્યપદ તે જ દિવસથી સમાપ્ત માનવામાં આવશે.
સભ્યપદ સમાપ્ત થયા બાદ તે વ્યક્તિને સક્રિય સભ્ય તરીકે ગણવામાં આવશે નહીં અને તેને વાત્સલ્ય ગ્રુપની ભવિષ્યની સહાય અથવા આર્થિક લાભ માટે પાત્ર માનવામાં આવશે નહીં.
જો ભવિષ્યમાં ફરીથી સભ્ય તરીકે જોડાવાની મંજૂરી આપવામાં આવે, તો તે સમયના લાગુ પડતા નોંધણી નિયમો, ફી, સભ્યપદની શરતો અને વાત્સલ્ય ગ્રુપની મંજૂરી મુજબ ફરી નોંધણી કરાવવી પડશે.
